WHO WE ARE
The Kaleo Collective is a movement rooted in the belief that love knows no boundaries and all people deserve to thrive. We exist to empower the builders and doers of the Vail Valley—across business, faith, education, nonprofits, and local government—through authentic relationships and shared purpose. Inspired by a post-war movement in Spain that rebuilt communities through trades and service, we carry that same calling (Greek word kaleo) to connect, equip, and cultivate a flourishing future for all.
Supporting the Doers and Builders of the Vail Valley
OUR CURRENT INITIATIVES
Affordable Housing Communities:
Kaleo Houses
Kaleo houses offer affordable housing, as well as opportunities for young adults to live in a supportive community, develop
leadership skills, build trade/professional skills, and access a fast track to leadership roles in local businesses.
Business:
Trade School
We are working with New Electric to build a trade school that will serve the various trades within our valley. The land has been purchased and the building has been designed and approved. We will start the building process in 2025.
Faith:
Community Gatherings
This summer we are partnering with the faith community to bring Father Mike Schmitz to the valley. He'll be speaking at the Gerald F. Amphitheater as well as at a Men's Summit at the 4 Eagle Ranch. See the slider above for more details.
Nonprofit:
Senior Care
We are partnering with the faith community, the 4 Eagle Foundation, and 4 Eagle Senior Care as well as other nonprofits in the valley to serve our growing senior population in the Vail valley.
Education:
St. Clare Catholic School & VCHS
We are partnering with St. Clare and Vail Christian High School to meet the needs of our youth .
Government:
Mountain Safe
We are working with the Sheriff's office, the DA's office, and Mountain Safe to create a stronger Eagle County by reducing crime and violence, decreasing recidivism, and advocating for victims by connecting our citizens to the necessary resources and expertise.
